If you accept our offer, we will email a pre-paid shipping label to ship your pieces to us.

We will get back to you within 48 hours and if we are interested, we will request multiple photos/ angles of each piece. Photos consist of:-FRONT-BACK-BOTTOM-SIDE-INTERIOR-SERIAL NUMBER-DETAILED SHOTS OF ANY IMPERFECTIONSIf the Vault is interested, we will send you our offer. If you accept, we will email you a prepaid label for you to send your items back to us to sell.

The Vault takes 60% of each individual item sold with a portion of our proceeds going towards supporting disability resources and advocacy organizations. If you would like store credit in exchange for your pieces, we can offer 70% in store credit.

The Vault determines pricing by the state and condition of each individual item in addition to its current market value. At the Vault, we often try to remain below resale value than other consignment shops.
